BIM Technology

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the process of generating and managing building data during it’s lift cycle.

Working closely with you

Our engineers and technicians work with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks in designing the mechanical and electrical services within the 3D model. This information and the information from other designers is continuously updated on the model so everyone involved is well informed throughout the design and build process.

Success Rates

The success rate for the BIM is dependent on buy-in from all stakeholders involved with the design and operation of the building, including:  clients, designers, contractors, operators, and facility management companies.

What is it?

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the process of generating and managing building data during it’s lift cycle. It involves the creation of a virtual model of the building using 3D, real-time, dynamic building software.
