Phase 1 of this development consisted of 64 three and four bed semi-detached and terraced houses. In Phase 2 there are 85 units. With an A2 BER and NZEB compliance, these highly energy efficient homes provide high thermal comfort at low running cost. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump, and demand control ventilation ensures optimum levels of ventilation are always maintained.
