With a combined floor area of 2,700m2, this purpose-built A3-energy rated primary care centre, accommodates the HSE, 2 GP practices and a pharmacy. Using IES dynamic simulation software and an integrated design team approach, the building was designed as a naturally ventilated building, with windows designed to provide optimum daylight levels throughout. Services provided in the centre include: dental surgeries, mental health therapy, psychology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language therapy.
