This project involved a major refurbishment and remodelling of 51A, B and C Dawson St. in Dublin city centre. All three terraced buildings are protected structures. The works included the subdivision of the office space into 4 high-end serviced office suites, a new luxurious duplex apartment and 2 commercial units.
