Kingspan Light + Air is a division of Kingspan Group that design and manufacture daylighting, natural ventilation and smoke control solutions. In 2020, their new 7,000m2 purpose-built state-of-the-art manufacturing facility was completed. Using Kingspan's own products the 6,000m2 of production area is naturally day lit and ventilated, creating a bright, healthy and airy work space for employees. In addition, operating energy costs are minimised by avoiding the use of mechanical ventilation and cooling systems and reduced artificial lighting use. The Kingspan Light + Air building has achieved "Excellent" certification to latest version of BREEAM.
